1. Wet your face or body with lukewarm water.
2. Lather the soap between your hands or on a washcloth.
3. Massage gently onto the skin using circular motions.
4. Leave the lather on the skin for 30–60 seconds initially. If your skin tolerates it well, you may gradually increase the contact time to 1–2 minutes.
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
6. Pat the skin dry and apply a moisturizer.
7. During the day, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) to help protect the skin and maintain an even-looking complexion.
