1. Wet your face or body with lukewarm water.
2. Lather the soap between your hands or on a washcloth.
3. Apply the lather to the skin using gentle circular motions.
4. Leave the lather on the skin for 20–30 seconds when first using the product. If well tolerated, gradually increase the contact time to 1–2 minutes.
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
6. Pat the skin dry and apply a moisturizer.
7. During the day, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) to help protect the skin from UV damage.
