1. Cleanse your skin and pat it dry.
2. Dispense an appropriate amount of CeraVe Moisturising Lotion into your hands.
3. Apply evenly to the face, body, or dry areas of the skin.
4. Gently massage until the lotion is fully absorbed.
5. Use morning and evening, or as often as needed to maintain hydration.
6. During the day, follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) when applying to exposed areas of the skin.
